Inspiring Healthier Living:

Challenging Conventions with Bold Solutions

Global efforts to address non-communicable diseases (NCDs) have laid a solid foundation for transformative change, uniting nations through the Sustainable Development Goals to drive innovation and collaboration in health.

From 1 to 3 September, the International Network of Health Promotion Foundations (INHPF) will be convening in Singapore for the 22nd Annual Meeting and Symposium. The event will feature health promotion leaders and practitioners from around the world, including Australia, Thailand, Taiwan, Tonga and South Korea and many more.

This symposium embraces the collective wisdom and varied expertise of its members—not as a competition, but as a collaborative space to share successes, tackle challenges, and inspire new solutions. In an era of complex health issues, this gathering both celebrates individual achievements and turns them into collective action, reaffirming our shared commitment to innovative approaches that build healthier communities worldwide.

The symposium aims to:

  • Provide a platform for knowledge exchange on emerging people-centric approaches in health promotion.
  • Explore the intersection of urban planning, digital engagement, and community action in support of health promotion.
  • Strengthen international collaboration in addressing shared NCD challenges.
  • Facilitate sharing of best practices in scalable and evidence-based interventions.
  • Enable discussions on novel policy and regulatory responses to emerging public health risks.

The two-day symposium will include:

  • High-level plenary sessions
  • Thematic discussion tracks
  • Topical roundtable discussions
  • Networking opportunities

The International Network of Health Promotion Foundations (INHPF) is a unique coalition dedicated to advancing public health through diverse, people-centred strategies shaped by each member's strengths and context.
